San Bruno Explosion and Fire

By now you have heard of the devastating explosion and fire which took place in San Bruno. Our office has been in touch with Pastor Gail Cromack, Peace Lutheran Church, San Bruno, which is located very close to where the disaster took place. The latest information we have is that Pastor Gail and all members of Peace Lutheran Church are fine. Other than anticipated smoke damage, the church property is undamaged, however, some members may have had homes destroyed or damaged in the fire. Lutheran Social Services has been in contact with our office regarding ways in which assistance can be provided. We will keep you posted as any opportunities for providing assistance or aid to the victims becomes known. Please continue to keep the people of San Bruno in your prayers.
